Chat color plugin?

Anyone know if there is any plugin that allow user to change chat colour for players/group that’s been created?

So I’ve use Nucleus and PEX in this case but I can’t seem to find out a way to change the colour of certain group.
Example of group will be admin, moderator and more…

While not having the group functionality that you want, I do have a plugin made that can individually change people’s colours, with full permissions https://ore.spongepowered.org/Redrield/ChatColoursPlus
