Clan Plugin for 1.12.2

If anyone is able to make a Clan plugin for 1.12.2, since MCClans does not work on 1.12.2.

What it needs is just simple really

/team create [Prefix] [Name]
/team color Red/Blue etc Colors.
/team invite
/team deny
/team accept
/team list
/team sethome
/team home
/team chat
/team rank create [Rank]
/team rank permission [Rank] [Permission]
/team rank permission list
/team rank list

Ask or wait for them to upgrade to the latest version. It is unreasonable to create a plugin with the same functionality without any new functionality, only for the latest release. In particular, MClan is still active and they do not stop their projects.
