Colored Named Items from Anvil

I am looking for someone to either port over or create a plugin. I am willing to pay a small fee as I don’t think it will be a complex plugin. Here are the examples of exactly what I am looking for. (I will need this set up on a permission so I can only allow VIP to access this.)

Just had a look for 2 hours.
This looks quite complicated as there is no “CraftItemEvent” currently available.
An option would be to check each “ClickInventoryEvent” and iterate through the slots but this would slow your server down as hell…

Looking into AffectItemStackEvent might work.

I am so silly, I m really happy to have this plugin as I will still use it on my Minecraft Vanilla, but…

It doesn’t seem to work on my pixelmon server (running minecraft 1.10.2) any way you could make a second version or is that to greedy?
