I am running Project Ozone 3, we have very few plugins installed have run across an issue where non-op players can not access EnderIO machines, It is not an issue with the mod, have tried running it without sponge and it works. Players that have all permissions are able to access them, but ones with regular perms can’t. Any help I could get would be greatly appreciated. If you would like any of the log files I can pastebin them however I have skimmed through them and have found nothing myself.

Have you tried using /lp verbose in-game to see what permissions are being checked? That should help identify missing permissions (although it might need context filtering). Check the Luckperms Wiki for more detail on the command, it’s very handy.

Thank you, I was able to figure it out using that. Turns out it was EnderIO calling for a permission to open gui’s.
