Curse of Binding/Vanishing in 1.10.2

Hi. I’m looking for a way to add the Curse of Binding and the Curse of Vanishing into Minecraft 1.10.2. If this can’t be done with Sponge, then fair enough, I’ll look elsewhere, but if it can, then I’d very much like to know how. I’m not especially good with Java at the moment, so if you need to submit code, pseudo-code would be very much appreciated, though I am learning so actual Java code will just take me slightly longer to properly comprehend.

I don’t think there is a way to add an enchantment, but it’s possible through a command to set properties like that.
