Could there be a cooldown timer when a player can join the server?

This would be helpful so players just don’t constantly join and leave the server to cause spam.

This will appear only once when starting server for two possible reasons:

No mutes
First time starting server

Join Message

In your config, you’ll see an option added v2.3+ called joinmsg. Change that to change the message sent to a player when they join. It supports color codes, all of which are specified here.

Customizable Join/Leave Messages

Starting from version 4.8, you can now customize the join and leave messages of your server! Once you install v4.8+, simply start your server, join and leave. Two new config options will be generated as shown below. You can then modify it as you please, using color codes, and @p for the player’s name. If you decide you wouldn’t like to change it, you simply set the messages back to “” and it’ll use Minecraft’s messages once more. An example is shown below.

I have a couple of suggestions.

One of them would be a /rules command that we can list rules in the config?

Ex:

Second would be a first player join announcer that we can change in the config.

Ex:

firstjoinmsg = &e@p&a has joined for the first time! Welcome to the server!

/removerule <rule number> - Removes specified rule

/spy This command would allow you to toggle the visibility of other players messages and mail.
/spawner This command would allow you to modify the types of mobs spawned from an preexisting mob spawner.
/itemdb. Allows players to look up the data attached to the item they are currently holding.
