I search on the forum but i can’t see any topic related to an equivalent of the plugin tekkitcustomizer or ItemRestrict.
The plugin can ban item for ownership,usage and/or world banned. And you can give specific permissions for only use or ownership to a player with permissions plugin.

I see the command in EssentialsCMD but it’s not the 2 plugins i said before.
If someone can help me 
or tell me if a plugin like this exist.
