[ERROR]Fatal Error Occurred, this connection is terminated

Sometimes players including me cannot enter my server, it keeps reporting “Fatal Error Occurred, this connection is terminated”, here is the error log on the console, what should I do? Server doesn’t crash, but players cannot connect in! valkyrie is an anticheat plugin in China which checks MD5 to ban undesirable client
