Fatally missing blocks and items

I have a Shockbyte server with Spongeforge 1.10.2 2477 the server starts fine but when I go to join it It says fatally missing blocks and items.

I have the server console log on Pastebin

could someone please help me

Do you have the same mods on your client that the server has (except SpongeForge and plugins)?

Is there any more information in the kick message? If so, could you post it? If not, upload a copy of the latest log from the client (in .minecraft/logs).

A friend of mine had this same problem, he found that his map had corrupted and that restoring from a backup fixed it. Might not be the problem, but somewhere to start, I guess.
