Heya. In the later sponge builds, after gabizou’s bumps, Pixelmon doesn’t work. Catching Pokemon simply causes a loop and gets the players stuck in battle. Not sure what was changed exactly but i suspect “Bump common for tameable owner caching.”

You need to state what you are using, eg, what Pixelmon and Spongeforge. Pointing at what you think is a culprit is meaningless to us. Without full information, we have to assume that you are using the latest and therefore unstable Pixelmon, having nothing to do with Gabizou’s or any of the SpongeForge Dev’s work.
Your setup is probably the cause of your issue.

4.2.7 - 1.8.9 - Recommended Pixelmon. Worked brilliantly with every version of sponge up until Build 1609. Where Gabizou added “Bump common for tameable owner caching.” Tested and verified - This is not me ‘thinking’ of what the culprit might be. It applies to all Pixelmon versions on 1.8.9
Since then he’s applied several bumps regarding taming which might solve my issue.

From what I understand, those issues were resolved in the 1618+ updates. So again, if you had told us that you were on an outdated version of spongeforge, we would be able to tell you that the answer always is update.
And regardless, had it been a bug, it is your responsibility as a sf user to report and send these errors where they are most likely to be seen and fixed; eg, the tracker.
Oh and lastly, endbattle issues where you are stuck in a loop are Pixelmon related, those were addressed in the newest beta releases. But then again, if you don’t check Pixelmon’s tracker, you would not know.
