Gradle can't find project fabric-loom-0.8_SNAPSHOT

When i try to build i get this error:
Plugin [id: 'fabric-loom', version: '0.7-SNAPSHOT'] was not found in any of the following sources:

  • Try:

    This is my build.gradle:

This is the Sponge forums, not the fabric forums, you may get better help from the fabric community.

But from what I can gather loom requires you to provide the repo in the repositories as its not in your local maven collection
