I have installed the Hologram plugin and it looks like it is working it made a folder in config. But when in game I type /holograms create Welcome… and I get nothing just some stuff about dont have access??
does anyone use this plugin and can you help me out?

You are probably using this plugin: Holograms - Easily create floating texts!
You need the permissions to have access to that command. They are written down in the topic I linked above. Or just for setting up the holograms, you could instead make yourself op to have ‘all permissions’.
