How do I continue in console?

theres some kind of /fml command console said if I wanted to “continue” before but i dont remember what it said. It was a command I could put that could let me continue if I had missing stuff from a mod in a world and it would delete those things for me. Please help.

When booting the server a message will pop up saying that xyz IDs are missing, if you want to continue type the following command. If that message does not appear then the command won’t work
