Hi, my daughter and I have hosted our own, small bukkit server for the last two years. We are very excited about what Sponge is going to do for us, now that bukkit is dead. Is there a way that folks can support sponge development financially?
Not at the moment unless you find a direct donation to individual authors.

I would like to make an official statement. Donations/payments/currency transactions of any kind are currently not being accepted on the part of Sponge or any of its staff for this specific project.
