How to Install SpongeForge on FTB Ultimate Reloaded Server with Forge 2811

I Tried so much by now i’ve installed Spongeforge into the Modsfolder on my Server. After starting the Server it just wont create the Plugins folder or the Spongeforge Folder. Please help me. I need Essentials on My Server and PermissionEx. Been trying to get this working for the past 7H without luck.

Then you’re out of luck. The closest you’ll get for Sponge is the plugin Nucleus.

You’re out of luck here too. PermissionsEx has been discontinued. Try Luckperms instead.
