Ideas to impliment into Sponge

I just had a few ideas that i think would be beneficial to Sponge if they were implemented,

  1. Custom Directory
    I belive after adding the .jar file into the mods folder if it would create its own folder to place the plugins in would be great to keep everything sorted, and finding Plugins/Mods would be easyer.
