So I’ve been trying to run it on sponge, but Build craft as soon as i start up a quarry starts to throw a fit…so i’d like to show the error log and see if the sponge team can get this working please 
did you try running without spongeforge to see if it is spongeforge’s fault or not?
This was reported a few days ago and is now fixed (it was a buildcraft issue)
It will be in buildcraft pre13 (yet to be released)

The error clearly states that it’s not quite an issue of sponge forge, but actually preventing further potential issues, as explained here: console errors when placing Buildcraft Quarry · Issue #557 · SpongePowered/SpongeForge · GitHub this is already resolved as it is a Buildcraft issue.
