Why is there a lack of ChatTypes?

We have ACTION_BAR and CHAT, but why isn’t there TITLE for the big letters?

Is there an alternative to sending big letter titles?

Yes, titles are a separate system managed through Title - you can build a title and then apply it to a player or the server iirc
