Seems like “SimpleChat” and “SimplePrefix” are the only “working” chat plugins. However they only have features i don’t need. What i’m looking for is a simple plugin which manages chat formatting (to change the horrible vanilla format " Hello world") And, a prefix plugin which works with PERMISSIONS. Setting a permission to a group to let the whole group have that prefix. That’s all i’m looking for.

Yea Nucleus has that.
It can tap into your permission plugin (e.g. PEX) and lets you set the chat format per permission group and can display prefixes and suffixes defined in your permission plugin.
