Memory commands for sponge

Commands

Command	Permission	Description
`/mem`	meem.mem	Shows memory usage of the server.
`/gc`	meem.gc	Runs garbage collection to free up memory. This may cause a lag spike.

I’ve never understood the purpose of /gc. Java runs it automatically and the memory will just fill back up again.

It’s mostly to keep admins happy. The main focus of this plugin is /mem though.
