Minecraft vs SpongePowered comparison

Minecraft:
Sponge = A block that is pretty bland by itself, but with modifications it can be pretty sweet.

SpongePowered:
Sponge = A plugin api that is pretty plain by itself, but with plugins it’s pretty awesome.

I’ve never been so confused in my life, and I’ve watched the entire ‘Lost’ series.

I thought it is like vanilla and modded…

the life is wrong
You confused yet?

Changed title to be less confusing.

I noticed that @Lokio27 is a pro in making threads that totally confuse you. But after you stared like 30min on it. It actually starts to make sense after a while :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:.

So, pretty much, mods are what makes minecraft interesting.

Some people don’t understand comparisons.

Oh now it makes sense. I forgot that there were sponges in Minecraft.

Do you even Minecraft bro?

To be fair, Sponges haven’t been available in-game since Minecraft Classic (without modding).

I never saw a point in using Sponge. I was more of a survival player anyway.

If you combine sponge and spigot, you get wet sponge right?

Drops[edit | edit source]
An elder guardian drops one wet sponge when killed by the player. Since elder guardians do not respawn, this does not make sponges renewable.

Natural generation[edit | edit source]
Ocean monuments have a chance of spawning with a room containing wet sponges, usually having 15-30. More than one sponge room can be generated per monument.

Color me corrected. xD It’s been a while since I actually played the game~

That’s 1.8 features, don’t worry.
