As for the issue regarding Ore hosting libraries- I can see an easy work around like so: make your library a plugin. If your library is capable of being a standalone library exposed as a plugin OR a shadeable library, then that works perfectly. The admin/developer can choose how they would like their software to run even more finely tweaked to their needs, and it would also support Ore. Win - win?
