Mob Spawning in Nether issue

My server works correctly without Sponge-Forge. But It happened if I add Sponge-Forge ( only one file named “spongeforge-1.11.2-2282-6.1.0-BETA-2360.jar” )

  1. Many mobs ( Mainly, iYAMATO’s mod mobs) spawn in the fortress. Normally, only zombie pigman, blaze, wither-skeleton, magma cube. Other mobs didn’t spawn in the fortress. They spawn out of the fortress. They know where is our spawn point.

  2. I disabled iYAMATO’s mod mobs but wither-skeleton was not found. ( I tried to find around 2hours )

Which problem is this? Sponge-Forge? or Other Forge-Mods?

In vanilla minecraft, Wither skeletons will only spawn in an area defined as part of a Nether Fortress. These areas can change if you add or remove WGen mods. They might appear in a freshly-discovered fortress. SpongeForge shouldn’t be preventing them from spawning, but the only way to be sure is to test it on its own.

So I said. Wither-Skeletons can spawn in Fortress without Sponge-Forge easily. But They don’t spawn or very much rare spawn rate with Sponge-Forge. and, Other mobs spawn definition is wrong with Sponge-Forge I think. Is it Sponge-Forge Bug, isn’t it?

If you did, that part was not clear. The question remains, do wither skeletons spawn with just SpongeForge (and no mods)? They did the last time I tried out a Sponge server nether.

Also, what does witherskelefix{1.7.0} [Wither Skeleton Tweaks] do?

Problems are not about only wither-skeleton.

it is not “wither-skeleton can pop or not”, it is “mods or native spawn system is broken by sponge-forge” .
