Mods not loading?

I’m working on a server where i need certain mod blocks i got the correct forge version and the correct spongies versions

but everytime i place a block id dissapears and gives me a bunch of red code

Looks like you have set up a SpongeVanilla server and put SpongeForge in the mods folder.
To run Sponge plugins with Forge mods, you want to be running a Forge server with SpongeForge in the mods folder.
