Does anyone know why every time I close the server after creating a portal the portal is deleted(edited)
What portal are you talking about? Nether or End? Does the structure remain and the link is broken? Or is it just the structure isn’t there?

You already posted on the actual project portals thread - please do not double post, and please be patient… all of us are volunteers and do not get paid for this.
i am creating a portal to other world and when i restart the server the portal is delete
That still doesnt help. D4rkfly3r was helpful in the fact that your using Project Portals to create portals and not one of the minecraft portals (Nether or End).
I dont know the plugin so I cannot help you
