Hi all.
I am a developer that works from a year in Bukkit, i have 7 plugins.
I am going to release a plugin for Sponge.
Where can i download the APIs?
but keep in mind it’s not done >_<
Correct me if I’m wrong, but Sponge API is not out yet. It’s not located on some build repository or anything. All there is, is just a GitHub repository. What you can do is compile the code from GitHub yourself into jar and use it as a local dependency to get some work started.
Understand.
I think is better wait a bit for start a project…
But what about this [link here?][1]
[1]: http://build.yu8.me:8080/job/SpongeAPI/? “link here?”
@Skepter “This is an unofficial build repo for the official SpongeAPI.”
Better compile the code by yourself or just wait for an official API.
hey @afelicetti Currently you have to fork a copy of the repo yourself and build it to be able to use the API however we are currently going through a big code change ATM and I would not be wise to make a plugin JUST YET. But bear in mind the API itself is still at its early stages. So i guess just let the project sink in a while before running ahead when the API is still walking
Hi, i have readed about a Sponge addon that allows Server Owners to use plugins coded for Bukkit. Is right?
Plugins will need to be rewrote to work with Sponge.
Look at that:
or transferred over with pore
Good luck! Looks really nice!
