I want to create like an NPC that just stands still and has anyones skin. If this is possible, if anyone wants to help or already has something like this I would highly appreaciate it.

I believe the people who own Citizens are in the process of converting it to Sponge

NPC implantation seems easier with Sponge, I am sure it will be released soon, whoever is working on it.

You can juse a mod like ‘CustomNPC’s’ you can do realy cool stuff with those.

You are right but it requires a client side mod which is not what some server owner are looking for.
