Performance issues?

So i implemented the startup code from here.
But sometimes i keep getting this
17.01 08:28:43 [Server] Server thread/WARN Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 2084ms behind, skipping 41 tick(s)

Timings

Hardware
Intel E3-1231v3
• 4 cores 8 threads
• 32GB ECC RAM
• 250GB SSD
• 1Gbps Port
• 10TB
• 9 IPs
• IPMI/KVM

This is with only me online, any tips?

I suggest you watch this video and learn how to read timings because your server is not lagging at all with a 1ms avg.

Hello and thanks i will defenitly check that out, however why is it that my server was 2 sec behind i’f its not lagging(the first message). Also apologies i freaked out when i saw red/orange colours when i ran this timings with 1 person on.
