the best pokemon ever: Articuno:100% ivs and 31 speed eves and 31 heath eves Moves:Mind reader, sheer cold, roost, whatever other move you want. how you play with it is you use mind reader then sheer cold and it almost always 1 shots unless they have special ability of focus sash. `PS.if you put a focus sash it is really trolly.
