Pixelmon 1.12.2 server performance

Hello everybody. I’ve turned off, made a lot of values in sponge/pixelmon lower and installed a lot of optimisation mods. When it’s 80 players active there’s only 12-15 tps and a players can feel lags. Are there any advices to improve performance?

Hooper fix, redstone fix, etc in spongeforge were turned on
entitiesPerPlayer=12 in pixelmon
