Plugin to filter Characters out of logs?

I’m looking for a plugin that can remove specific characters out of the logs (such as & or §). I have a few different plugins, and the console for my server host does not support these. I think it would be useful for quite a few people to be able to filter these out.

You can try out this one PwnFilter Port (Chat filtering) [SpongeForge 1000] but i don’t know if it works with api 7
