Is there a way that players can endbattle theirself by doing something like /eb, So they can do /eb and it will end their OWN battle but no one elses?

You can try the permission pixelmon.command.endbattle.self
But last time I checked, it doesn’t work. So the only other way that most servers do it is to have their own custom plugin for it
