Questing regarding the legal / license setup of Sponge

Hi guys,

I’m currently keeping close tabs on this project, the amount of growing support for it alone warrants keeping an eye on it.
Before looking into maybe supporting it in one way or another I’d like to find an answer to this question: do the current legal / license setup of Sponge prevent someone from pulling another ‘Wolvereness’?

I’d hate the idea that the project could get into trouble by a single contributor.
