You either have to port-forward or use something similar to Hamachi (HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED).

I do tend to agree that this is not how it works. We are certainly glad to answer your questions but perhaps you should brush up on your googling skills before asking questions of the community. I usually only ask a question here after I have both googled it and determined that there was not a previous thread about the same topic. I believe with some simple googling, looking at the FAQ and using the forum search function, most of your questions have already been answered by somebody somewhere. Google-fu is an absolutely incredible skill to have, especially in the tech world, I would suggest you become proficient in it
