Real Time ticket system

I was wondering if someone could write a ticket system with these features

  1. Title
  2. Description
  3. Date - Time
  4. Author

Would be cool if it was working with a UI system as if it was a inventory

this is just an example

After this if you click one of the example reports it’ll open a UI which contains all the information the player did provide
