There is generally a normal plugin for private regions for last version of Sponge 1.12.2
UniverseGuard have problems with permissions;
RedProtect dont want use coz in 1.10.2 he is so laggy (cloning of items, lags);
FoxyGuard Is this a general plugin for players or admins? My players can’t figure it out

What I must use on my server?

I recommend blood / GriefPrevention

FoxGuard is good for admin protection, GriefPrevention is good for player protection. If you want both you can install both.
