Is it possible to make a plugin that tells you what plugin is lagging a servers tps I know we have warmroast which does something similar but what about a plugin like Opis http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/1292610-server-admin-opis-1-2-3-the-server-admin? I know bukkit has a few of there own but Sponge as far as I know has nothing.
There is some pretty extensive timing functionality built into Sponge actually. It is a great tool, the results are hosted, and they are rather easy to understand. Find more information about timings here.
