Restrict players to build exclusively on claims

Hey guys,

I´m setting up a server including the plugins UniverseGuard and GriefPrevention. I want my players to only be able to build on their claims from GP. If I deactivate “place” and “destroy” flags in the global config of UG, is GP able to override that restriction ?
