Runaway Phase Error

Hello,

Using:
Minecraft: 1.12.2
SpongeAPI: 7.1.0-366290f8
Sponge: 1.12.2-7.1.5
SpongeForge: 1.12.2-2768-7.1.5
Minecraft Forge: 14.23.5.2831

We are running a SkyFactory 4 server and have started to notice a Runaway Phase Error : PasteBin

This error seems to result in our control panel killing the server and unlike a normal crash the server does not auto reboot.

Any Idea what might be causing this error and how we could fix it?

The error seems to be coming from ‘FMLMod:togetherforever’ version 1.0.2. im not a forge user so thats as much help i can be.
