Server Crash / logs tell nothing

Hello, i have a lot of crash in my server without crash-logs, and in logs i can’t find any info about that. Someone told me to remove my world beacause its from older version of MC., is there any tool that can check my world? or do you have any ideas how to fix this crashes?

your spongeforge is forge 2838 while you are running minecraft forge 2821
not sure if this is the problem

That sounds like one very overloaded server… Running 27 seconds behind is pretty big.

Can you generate a timings report and share it?
