The server crashes when a player tries to join.
At first glance, it seems something is going on with the Phase tracker. I would try updating SpongeForge a version and seeing if it is fixed.
I have already tried SpongeForge1.12.2-2768-7.1.4 and SpongeForge 1.12.2-2768-7.1.5-RC3513. I always had the same problem.
I know now which mod it is (“void-island-control”).
I’m using Forge 2796 and StoneBlock 2. Can anyone help?

It seems like this might be a known bug with the later versions, I’m fairly certain that there is an issue on SpongeForge or something that was basically this issue.
