Server crashes when trying to add spongeforge.jar

Hey guys juat learning about servers etc and was wanting to start adding plug ins etc. The server has started previously with no issues and when i had the spongeforge.jar file into mods folder and then start the server it doesnt start and crashed mid load here is the crash report i put on pastebin. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Both SpongeForge and FoamFix add various optimizations that may not work with each other! Disable the following settings in config/foamfix.cfg

B:optimizedBlockPos=false
B:patchChunkSerialization=false
