Setting up permissions with luckperms and nucleus

So Im relatively new to sponge and used bukkit and essentials plugins before this. I tried to set up ranks for my friends and I but the permissions and inheritance I tried to setup doesnt work.
Could someone show me how to set up different groups with permission and how to do inheritance?
