Is there a place I can download updated Beta releases? I have the link to Beta 3.0.0, but I was wondering if there will be new versions per commit as seen here for Beta?
When I searched “SpongeForge downloads” on Google the top hit was that link. Since then I have found this, so never mind. Sorry! 
The last link is the correct one. Your first link now points to http://files.minecraftforge.net/spongepowered too, we added a redirect
