/sponge timings paste not turning on

When we go to run /sponge timings on the commands works and says Enable timings & Reset

What I am trying to do is get my timings report so I can find the lag. Now I go to run /sponge timings paste, I don’t get my link and it is telling me that I have to run /sponge timings on.

Everything worked fine up until about 2 weeks ago. HELP!

The last time I had this issue, shutting the server down and deleting the global.conf file and letting it regenerate fixed it. If it still won’t enable, then we might need a full bug report with versions and such.
