SpongeForge disables server's console but server is still running

I recently got Sponge due to Pixelmon’s sidemods but for some reason, whenever SpongeForge is actually placed in the Server’s mods folder the Console that starts up with the java process for the server doesn’t.
It boots up perfectly fine without it, the server goes up and everything runs but the Console window is gone.
I’ve checked out the Server log and it gives this error while booting up:

Please note that the default Minecraft server GUI console is disabled by Sponge, because it is very processor-intensive.
