Strange UNKNOWN values when /sponge version is run

Whenever I run the /sponge version command, I get this as output:
[00:09:54] [Server thread/INFO] [minecraft/DedicatedServer]: SpongeForge
Minecraft: 1.12.2
SpongeAPI: UNKNOWN
SpongeForge: UNKNOWN
Minecraft Forge: 14.23.4.2765

My guess is something somewhere is setup incorrectly. I can’t imagine what though. I only noticed this while troubleshooting why RedProtect won’t start(Gives this error upon boot: [23:07:09] [Server thread/INFO] [STDERR]: [br.net.fabiozumbi12.RedProtect.Sponge - Pastebin.com). Anyone have any ideas what I’ve done wrong here?

Can you please post your entire log file, not just a small section of it.
