It builds on SCM Poll from Git. It was stuck due to some misconfiguration a while ago but that was maybe for a 24 hour time period at most.

Please do not post questions not related to the topic in the future.

To answer your question: Sponge commands will work if you have Sponge installed and running in your mods folder.

This is not the right place to ask these questions.

  1. You cannot download Sponge as it is under development.
  2. You MUST set up a Forge server and install Sponge as a mod.

From the questions you are asking, I don’t really think you are ready for running a server.

Please also use http://www.google.com/ first.
