Token Rewards?

I am here wondering if there is a plugin that can use physical token like items to redeem certain rewards mostly Pixelmon type rewards.

Example: Someone wants a shiny pokemon but needs 15 vote points to buy One Shiny Token to redeem that reward and then use a command similar to “/redeem [token]”.

If someone is willing to point me to a good plugin or make one for me, I will pay the price if it’s within my budget.

Could do it by making a new “Vote Token” currency and then using virtualchest to make reward GUIs for that currency
