So, is there a troll plugin? A plugin that can spawn a lightning at someone or spawn a creeper or make the player starve and stuff. I want to do some funny stuff xD!
There are no ready-made solutions. You can either write such a plugin yourself (if you know how to write plugins) or ask someone else (you may have to pay).
